To start a return, please email us at info@koi-5.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. ✧ We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with a return address and instructions. ✧ Please make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. ✧ Once we receive and approve the item, we'll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days. ✧ Returns are at your own risk; we recommend using tracked shipping. Refunds may be reduced or refused if items are used, damaged, or missing original packaging/labels.
