Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through ilmaworld.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

ILMA / ILMA Enterprise
CVR: 43617338
Email: info@koi-5.com
Denmark

2. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices on ilmaworld.com are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment is charged when your order is processed or otherwise in accordance with the payment method selected at checkout.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, technical errors and other obvious mistakes on the website.

3. ORDERS

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Please make sure that your email address and delivery information are correct before completing your purchase.

If we are unable to fulfil an order, you will be contacted and any amount already paid for the unavailable item will be refunded.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped from Denmark.

Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, holidays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

For orders delivered outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the EU/EEA, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@koi-5.com within the withdrawal period and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us, the goods must be returned within the applicable legal return period.

Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Items should be returned safely packaged. You may inspect a product in the same way you reasonably would in a physical shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functioning, you may be responsible for any resulting reduction in value.

Refunds will be made in accordance with applicable consumer law and returned using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where an exception under applicable consumer law applies.

This may include, for example:

  • personalised or custom-made products;

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken;

  • digital content supplied without a physical medium where delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that your right of withdrawal is thereby lost, where permitted by law.

Any applicable exception will be communicated clearly in connection with the relevant product.

7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & CONTENT

Some ILMA releases or products may include digital content, downloads or access delivered electronically.

Where digital content is supplied immediately, you may be asked during checkout to expressly consent to delivery beginning before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period and to acknowledge that this may result in the loss of your statutory right of withdrawal.

Digital files and private access links are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. They may not be reproduced, distributed, resold, uploaded or made publicly available without permission.

All intellectual property rights remain with their respective rights holders.

8. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact info@koi-5.com as soon as reasonably possible and include your order number and, where relevant, photographs showing the issue.

We will assess the matter and provide the remedy you are entitled to under applicable consumer law.

9. STATUTORY WARRANTY / RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

Purchases are covered by the mandatory consumer protection rules applicable to the sale.

For consumers purchasing goods in Denmark, this generally includes a two-year statutory right to complain about defects in accordance with Danish law.

These Terms & Conditions do not limit any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

10. HANDMADE & LIMITED ITEMS

Some ILMA products may be handmade, hand-finished, produced in small quantities or created using natural materials.

Minor variations in appearance, texture, colour or finish may therefore occur and can form part of the individual character of the product rather than constitute a defect.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective goods.

11. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe products accurately.

Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting or the natural characteristics of materials.

Product images are illustrative, and packaging or minor details may change where this does not materially alter the product.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise stated, the content of ilmaworld.com — including artwork, photographs, text, music, graphics, logos and other creative material — belongs to ILMA or is used with permission.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, commercially exploited or otherwise used without prior permission, except where permitted by law.

13. PERSONAL DATA

Personal information provided when placing an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Please see the Privacy Policy on ilmaworld.com for further information.

14. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or would restrict mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, ILMA is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Danish law, without depriving consumers residing in another EU/EEA country of mandatory consumer protections applicable to them.

Any dispute should initially be addressed by contacting us so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

Information about applicable consumer complaint and dispute-resolution options can be obtained from the relevant Danish or European consumer authorities.

16. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example to reflect changes to our products, website or applicable legislation.

The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when the order is placed.
