Handmade and natural products may have small variations in appearance, texture, colour or finish. Such variations can be part of the individual nature of the product and do not automatically constitute a defect.

Prices are displayed on the website in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs and any other applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or other local charges may apply. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already completed.

If an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it in accordance with applicable law.

4. ORDERS

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the relevant amount will be refunded.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Estimated delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, customs processing or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from purchases under Danish and EU consumer protection law.

Purchasing a physical or digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

10. LIMITED & HANDMADE PRODUCTS

Certain ILMA products may be handmade, individually assembled or released in limited quantities.

Availability cannot therefore always be guaranteed.

Natural materials and handmade processes may result in minor differences between individual pieces. These variations can be part of the intended character of the product.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods.

Products such as candles, oils, fragrances or ritual objects must be used responsibly and only for their stated or intended purpose.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep flames and burning materials away from children, pets and flammable objects.

Any additional product-specific instructions or warnings supplied with a product form part of the information regarding its safe use.

Nothing in this section limits liability or consumer rights where such limitation would be unlawful.
